Squeeze breast and nipple until drop of d/c seen
Cannulate duct with lacrimal probe and suture with 3-0
Radial incision along duct probe encircling duct orifice
Dissect skin of overlying areola away from probe for approx 1cm on each side of probe and excise segment containing probe
