Heineke Mikulicz:
For up to 10cm long strictures
Open longitudinally, close transversely in 2 layers
Finney (S. Mackay: historical operation, never done before: do gastroenterostomy as alternative in most situations)
For longer strictures
Side-side
U shaped incision then anastomose
Reduced reoperation rate compared to Heineke Mikulicz
Jaboulay stricturoplasty=side to side enteroenterosotmy
Judd:
for stricture with fistula
Heineke Mikulicz with excision of fistula by carving a disc of SB around the fistula
